Process of aluminium extrusions.
The process of aluminium extrusions involves forming aluminium into specific shapes and sizes. With following bellow steps.
- Preheating the aluminium billet and steel die to a specified temperature
- Loading the billet into the extrusion press
- The heated aluminium billet is hydraulically pushed through the mould & can be modified to create different shapes and sizes.
- Immediately after (air & water) quenching, the extrusion process is followed by quick cooling of the extruded profile.
- The quenched and straightened extruded profiles are cut to the length specified by the customer.
- The quenched and straightened bars are cut to the length specified by the customer.
- The Ageing Process Loading the Oven.
- Finally packaged for delivery.

- The quenched and straightened bars are cut to the length specified by the customer.
- The Ageing Process Loading the Oven.
- Finally packaged for delivery.
